Choose the pickup option at checkout. After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with available pickup days, time windows, and the pickup location.

Cookie Care:
Our cookies are soft, thick, and moist. If your order is shipped, your cookies will arrive frozen to keep them safe and structured. Once they arrive, warm them in a 350-degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes until they’re soft and plump again. You can also microwave them for 10–12 seconds for a quick warm-up, but the oven gives the best “fresh-baked” texture.
Storage:
Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to two months and reheat using the steps above.

Our kitchen uses ingredients like wheat, dairy, nuts, and soy. Though we clean carefully, cross-contact may occur.

All orders ship for a flat rate of $15 and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Cookies are shipped frozen to protect their freshness on the journey. When your box arrives, just follow the care instructions to bring them back to their soft, plump, fresh-from-the-oven goodness.
