We ship nationwide for a flat rate of $15. All cookies are baked fresh, frozen for protection, and packaged with care to help them arrive soft, thick, and intact. Orders ship out within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Once your box arrives, bring the cookies back to life by warming them in a 350-degree oven for 5–8 minutes or microwaving in 10–15 second bursts. If your order experiences any major delays or damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Our cookies are soft, thick, and moist. If your order is shipped, your cookies will arrive frozen to keep them safe and structured. Once they arrive, warm them in a 350-degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes until they’re soft and plump again. You can also microwave them for 10–12 seconds for a quick warm-up, but the oven gives the best “fresh-baked” texture.

Storage:
Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to two months and reheat using the steps above.
